Project is 100% leased to the Prince George’s County police department

Finmarc Management, Inc., in partnership with Potomac Capital and Kodiak Properties, has announced the sale of 1739 Brightseat Road, a 120,427 square foot office/flex building located in the Upper Marlboro section of Prince George’s County, Maryland for $9.3 million to Prince George’s County Government. The property is 100% leased to departments within the Prince George’s County police department, and the building will continue to service this function in the immediate future.

 

Constructed in 1989, the building features an all-brick exterior, 20 foot and 22 foot ceiling heights and multiple dock doors and drive-in loading doors. Situated within close proximity to the Landover Road exit of I-495 (Capital Beltway), the project is contained on approximately seven acres of land and includes a large surface parking lot.

 

“Prince George’s County took advantage of their strong credit rating in securing exceptional financing to acquire this excellently-maintained and strategically-positioned asset housing critical need departments within the Prince George’s Police Department,” explained David B.
