    COMPANY

Finmarc Management, Inc, (FINMARC) was formed in September 1987 by David Fink and Marc Solomon to utilize their respective experiences to provide management services for retail and hotel properties. As the complexities of owning commercial real estate evolved over the years, FINMARC was extremely proactive in recognizing the opportunities of acquiring commercial real estate for its own balance sheet. This evolution from a predominantly fee manager to a prime owner of commercial real estate has enabled FINMARC to now own and manage multiple asset classes, which now include a diverse portfolio of over six million square feet of retail, flex, industrial, warehouse and office properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. FINMARC has consistently been ranked as one of the Top Commercial Management Companies by the Washington Business Journal.
