FINMARC MANAGEMENT, INC. PROMOTES TIFFANY PUGH TO DIRECTOR OF LEASE ADMINISTRATION

Finmarc Management, Inc., a Bethesda, Maryland-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Tiffany Pugh to Director of Lease Administration. Formerly Manager, Lease Administration, Pugh was worked for Finmarc Management since 2005 and has more than20 years of business and commercial real estate experience.

In her new position with the company, Pugh will interact with the company’s Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing teams to ensure a uniform process in the oversight of all commercial office, warehouse/industrial and retail leases throughout the portfolio. Lease enforcement responsibilities include the monitoring of all rent payments, utility, tax and common area maintenance fees. Pugh supervises a team of Lease Administrators who maintain open lines of communication with the tenants, oversee lease amendments and provide data and histories to assist with lease extensions and renewals. She also coordinates closely with Finmarc’s acquisition and disposition teams to prepare closing statements, prorations and other time-sensitive documentation.

Pugh attended Howard University before starting her career in commercial real estate. She is actively involved with Women In Retail Real Estate (WIRRE), a commercial real estate group with members throughout the Washington, D.C., suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia region. Pugh is a former President and has Chaired its Community Service Committee for numerous years.
