FINMARC MANAGEMENT, INC. SELECTS KELLY CROUGH AS DIRECTOR OF LEASING

Finmarc Management, Inc., a Bethesda, Maryland-based commercial real estate firm, has announced the selection of Kelly M. Crough as Director of Leasing. She was formerly Assistant  Vice President  for EDGE Commercial Real Estate.

In her new role, Ms. Crough will oversee and manage the day-to-day leasing functions for the Finmarc Management portfolio of retail centers, industrial/flex projects and commercial office  buildings  located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and totaling more than six million square feet of space. This includes acting as a liaison with the commercial real estate brokerage  community, devising and  executing targeted leasing programs, handling lease negotiations and interacting with outside vendors and joint venture partners.

Ms. Crough brings more than twelve years of diversified commercial real estate experience to Finmarc and has also held several management-level positions with First Potomac Realty  Trust including Leasing Representative, Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager.
