Mr. Fink has overall responsibilities for the day to day operations of Finmarc Management Inc. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland College of Business and Management with a major in Accounting, he holds the distinction of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and is a candidate for the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM). Mr. Fink is active in all areas of property management, including: property maintenance, reporting requirements, leasing, construction and value enhancement. Prior to forming Finmarc, Mr. Fink was a management executive in the hotel industry, including associations with Ritz Carlton Hotels, Omni Hotels and Holiday Inn.
